No goods shall be returned without prior agreement with Nirvana Lighting.

Returning faulty or damaged goods:

Notification of any goods received faulty or incorrect must be made to Nirvana Lighting within 72 hours of receipt of goods. Claims for damages and or shortages made after 72 hours of your delivery arriving may be refused. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will refund the contract monies to the customer within 5 working days thereafter.

Returning non-faulty or undamaged goods:

A 20% restocking fee will apply to the return of all non-faulty goods whether or not they have been unpacked on site. The transport of returned goods may be organised & quoted by Nirvana Lighting but will be at the expense of the customer.
