Returns: Notification of any goods received faulty or incorrect must be made to Nirvana Lighting within 72 hours of receipt of goods. Claims for damages and or shortages made after 72 hours of your delivery arriving may be refused.
No goods shall be returned without prior agreement with Nirvana Lighting.
If you wish to return any unsuitable goods, please contact Nirvana Lighting. The cost of returning unsuitable goods is at the expense of the customer. The above do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will refund the contract monies to the customer within 5 working days thereafter.
